MILEY HEARTS BIKE-RIDING

One of Miley's favourite ways to exercise is bike riding. In fact it's one of her favourite things to do all-around! Bike-riding is one of those exercises we can do without even realizing we're working out. It's fun and it gets you places, what more can you ask for?
Cycling involves the whole body, not just the legs as it's usually thought, building strength and muscle tone to every muscle involved - though it sure plays a key role in Miley's gorgeous, toned legs! There's a million reasons to choose cycling and here's the top ones so you get inspired, just in case all the Miley photos aren't enough.
One of it's many wonders is improving coordination: arm-to-leg, feet-to-hands and body-to-eye. But of course it doesn't just stop there. Like every excersice it reduces stress and depression, while improving well being and self esteem. Being an outdoors activity, cycling helps you get fresh-air and even connect to nature, aswell as friends to bike-ride along with. Miley loves biking with friends and family. She makes a habit of taking her boyfriends for daily rides to nearby stores, and out to breakfast and lunch, always rolling around the neighborhood enjoying the sun and sharing laughs.
An other really important reason to go for bike-rides is it improves your cardio vascular fitness, by heart pounding in a steady manner. As it uses the largest muscle groups the legs, it raises heart rate which benefits stamina and fitness. This means it boosts circulation throughout the body. The largest muscles and the ones on Bike-riding tones muscles, helps cardiovascular fitness and fights cellulite.the lower are precisely those that requiere more efford for good circulation - for obvious reasons. Excersicing in general helps ciruculation, but the most we can do for these particular muscle groups will help the most, and show great results against varicose and cellulite. In this circulation blood carries nutrients and oxygen to the muscles. We stress oxygen because cycling is an aerobic excersice, which means it increases the intake of oxygen so the amout of it you're carrying will be more aswell. Plus it's not just muscles you're helping, it involves and helps the mobility of hip and knee joints. In fact, cycling is easier on your joints than other activities like jogging, so it's a good choice for those days you wanna take it a bit softer.
If you tend to get a bit lazy, don't worry cause cycling is known for building stamina, which helps your capability of sustaining prolonged effort. In other words when you're cycling it'll be easier for you to keep going, and of course go further each ride, without even realizing it! The key's giving it a try. Just like with any new activity, start slowly in speed and time, and increase it gradually. Include it on your daily errands as Miley does, or plain add it to your 30-daily-minutes excersice routine (the latest recommended time by experts). Either way, it'll do wonders for your body and mind! Go get started!
