HEALTHY EATING TIPS
You know all the why's or you simply trust it makes sense eating better makes you look and feel better - so you wanna do it and don't know where to start from... or you just want more n more ways to make lil healthy changes to your every day eating habbits aka diet. These tips are just [perfect] for you!
HAVE BREAKFAST
It's just what you biologically need to completely wake up. Plus it'll keep you from full til lunch time and then on so you don't eat too much at once later on. Literally the most important meal of the day.
3 TO 5 VEGGIES & FRUITS A DAY
3 to 5 servings of fruits a day its whats recomended nowadays. Choose season veggies/fruits, and try to vary as much as you can - you'll get more and better nutrients.
GOT MILK?
Just like Miley's sponsored Got Milk? ad explains, milk makes your body stronger and overall healthier. The ad encourages you to substitute sugar sodas for milk. Miley admits she quit sodas to take care of her teeth (she's really obsessed with white teeth) and she's seen a huge improvement. You needn't quit sodas all together, and you definitely don't need to drink all that much milk. Go with 2 or 3 daily glasses before turning 18 though. If you don't like milk you can change it for yogurt, over breakfast you can substitute it for cheese.
OLIVE OIL
Choose olive oil or canola oil over all others. If you must use an other type go with rice - it's a must for diet balance.
EAT FISH 3 TIMES A WEEK
Ok ya.. it's hard to get there, but remember that's the ideal so try really hard to get to one and when you're onto twice a week through a sushi party! ;] Miley loves sushi btw.
QUALITY TREATS
When you indulge yourself be sure you're picking top quality products, they'll always be giving you something extra and could even be super healthy. Like the darkest chocolate is the more antioxidants it has, that's great for your skin.
B12 FOR VEGETARIANS
If you're a vegetarian or looking into be sure to take vitamin B12. You can fix your diet with more variety and special combos that will substitute everything else but B12 that's essential to us humans can not be found in anything else so just go with the vitamin.
